We listen to you, understand your situation physically and your goals, then develop a personalized individual treatment plan including how to correctly use mobility tools in home that address their unique needs and goals. Your first session is important, because it is when we listen, analyze, and determine your individual plan of treatment. We recommend your first session is 60 minutes, and we use a portion of this session to develop your plan. You can choose from 30-, 60-, or 90-min massages and we will discuss specific needs at time of massage.
